In a step to help mortgage brokers better connect with clients Zillow launched a new service, Mortgage Marketplace.
What the service does is eliminate the late night calls and cold calls that mortgage brokers often had to make to help clients find out information about their homes.
Now, home buyers can go on the Zillow Marketplace, select which homes they are interested in and receive calls or information directly on those properties, eliminating the need for cold calls.
This is a great step for information transparency and is a great sign of things to come.
